Single book orders within the continental US:
$40.00 US each, + shipping: $5.00 US per book (USPS Media Mail - 5 to 7 days): $45 US total

Request for Canadian Order
Single book orders to any Canadian province:
$40.00 US each, + shipping: $15.00 US per book (1st Class International, 6 to 10 days): $55 US total

Request for International Order
Single book orders to Western Europe, Japan, Australia, or Brazil: $40.00 US each, + shipping: $25.00 US per book (1st Class International, 6 to 10 days): $65 US total

After filling out the order form, you'll have the opportunity to pay immediately using a credit card via PayPal. You do not need to have an existing PayPal account to use your credit card this way. If you do have a PayPal account, you may submit funds via PayPal directly to musicbook@pixton.org. Please contact us for group or bulk orders regarding discounts or other questions.
