Single book orders within the continental US:
Books are $40.00 US each plus $5.00 US per book for shipping via USPO Media Mail, which usually takes five days within the continental US. Please fill out the Request for Order form.

Orders to Western Europe:
Airmail options to Europe start at $16.75 US per book for USPO Gloabl Express. Send us your exact address for confirming by filling out the Request for information form.

Payment:
After filling out the Request for Order form, you'll be given an option to pay immediately via PayPal using a credit card. You may also send personal checks or pay using your PayPal account if you have one.
